Has free trial but you cant access ANYTHING in app unless you sign up for monthly or yearly access. Not going to agree to join if I havent even had my daughter try it

They sell you just a series of ten numbers. It lasts for no more than five minutes. Really disappointing.

I loved the Kids Academy Math Games app! They have created an educational app that promotes early math comprehension by playing fun games and singing along to fun songs. It is easy for a child to navigate between the different sections and the variety of activities is sure to make learning math skills interesting and exciting for any young child.

Kids Academy does it again with a great educational app for your child. To start, a parent must sign up for a free trial, which can be cancelled in the settings at any time. Id prefer not to have to remember to cancel a subscription in order to get a free trial, but thats the only complaint I have about this app. What I love is that you immediately tell the app your childs age and it starts them at the appropriate level. The app uses videos and interaction to teach children different math skills and uses several games for each skill. Like most games, you get a 3 star scoring system. The friendly voice seems to be used for most of the characters (my daughter hasnt gotten very far due to age & time) in the game, and as an adult, Id like to hear different voices for different characters, but I dont think the kids care. Finally, I really enjoy that the narrator uses different words for the same concept, so that kids get familiar with the various ways to say things. As a parent, I dont always think to tell my daughter that minus and subtraction are the same thing.

This is a great app for children who are going to start kindergarten as well as older children.I love that you can also continue to hep your child learn with the printable pages.The app is a great way to learn plus have fun while doing it..You can set your childs age so you can have the recommend skill level for your child.Your child will learn numbers,the alphabet plus addition and shapes.The app uses colorful fun and entertaining ways to learn math skills.This is a great app and I would highly recommend it.

UPDATE- ~First off, my favorite feature of the app is being able to select my childs age and have the app adjust the math skills to her needs. The app adjusts for kids ages 3 -7. I like how my child can swipe the screen and go back to things she has already learned and then swipe the opposite direction to challenge herself. Theres the basics which is Number up to 5 or Number up to 10, Shapes, Addition, Subtractions, Money, Geometry, and more. My oldest daughter has had a difficult time learning Money skills. I love how theres different chapters of learning the Money skills and fun educational videos she can watch. Its a very hands-on way of learning Math Skills while at the same time its full of fun learning!~ I love the Kids Academy apps. They make homeschooling my children easy. The Cool math games for kids & toddlers app is super fun. It teaches me 4 year old addition problems with a fun dog dressed as a wizard. They numbers are bright and colorful and the sounds are entertaining. My daughter really loves the Simple Sequencing section. Its easy enough for her to do and made for little fingers like hers. Its a great and fun app! I give it 5 stars!

The part of homeschooling that Ive been dreading most is not just teaching math, but getting the kids excited about it. This app does it! My little one has gotten so excited about math that he is constantly telling me what hes learned and sharing math problems with me, almost to the point of getting me excited about them. This app has basic math and challenges them. They practice math tracing shapes, patterns, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The parents panel is amazing and we can track our childs progress. Truly Amazing!

This app is so much fun! If you already had it in the past, this is an update. My daughter has played this app every single day and has done exceptionally well with the math. So much that it surprised me! The update includes an all new way to learn things. These are specific to my child’s age which makes me happy knowing that she’s learning the correct level, especially since she’s homeschooled. The only thing I wasn’t too wild about was the fact that it’s not really a free game. I have a week long trial and then my iTunes account will be charged. It’s not that expensive, but right now it’s not possible for me to do it. Other than that, it’s a very fun learning game that my daughter has loved since the minute it came out. In the past they had short trial pieces that you could play constantly. This time you have a short seven-day trial and then you will be charged or you won’t be able to play the game which is the only reason why I went from a 5 star to a 4 star on this game.

We have played previous kids academy apps before so I was interested in their new math app. I really liked that I could gain access to the entire app through a free trial. The activities were engaging and fun. Each skill went in sequential order. Children can work in order or ahead based on their skill level. The songs were fun. The animation was amazing. There is even a parent mode so you can go in and change the settings on your account to better suit your individual childs needs. I do feel however that on average while the app says children as young as three can use the app the skills presented at that age are more on target with the average kindergarten level. So if your child is younger and not mastering the skills at that level dont be discouraged. That being said there were plenty of things my three year old found fun.

I am really impressed with how much kids can learn from this app and they actually enjoy using it. Its not just a boring learning app. It is fun, very positive, easy to use, and highly entertaining. I was able to navigate the site easily and with great precision. This will definitely keep kids entertained and challenged.

This app here is one of our favorites. The graphics are really bright and easy to look at so the kids enjoy playing around with it. And the fun of it is that they dont even realize they are learning at the same time! This one here allows the child to learn not only recognition of the numbers, but also how to write them. This is done through tracing games and also through simple math. The math problems might be a bit hard for a little one though so please make sure they are able to do it without getting frustrated. I know for a 5 or 6 year old it should be no problem at all but I think for any younger than that it might be too much. Overall though this is a fun game with snazzy music that plays while the kids enjoy the learning. *UPDATE* Wow! I really, really love the new updated version of this math game. The previous version was good, fun and did teach math, but the newest version allows for more learning, is much more fun, and is quite more developed. When you first sign up, you will have the option of a 7 day free trial and then paying for the app. For the price, it really isnt bad. Try it out and see how your children like it for the 7 days and go from there but I am sure you will be buying it. This version has changed from the tracing to combining sets, addition and subtraction, as well as shapes. And like I said, much more interesting. You do math with penguins and little green aliens, birds and squirrels :) Great app for teaching children math!

Math has always been a touchy subject for some kids, most cant comprehend certain learning methods or arent just that good with numbers. Well with this new app, based around Singapore Math methods, your child can start off by feeling confident in math and their knowledge of numbers. This app is free to download but to access any of the games you have to become a member. This app deals with many things a child should know about math all hidden in fun games and activities, videos, and worksheets!

I reviewed every app before allowing my son and his cousins use it. I love this one as it pretty fun to play the games and at the same time you are learning. This one caters to your childs age and starts them at a appropriate level. LOVE the new update on this app! This app is so cute! I love how my child can play through the games and lessons without needing a lot of assistance from me. Plus we have no problems with him ordering upgrades and clicking pop ups because there are none!! I was terrible at math as a kid and I hope this gives my boy a jump start! I’m confident it will.

This is a pretty cool app for kids! Lets them learn math without getting bored or frustrated. What could be better than a Math game? I love the graphics, and how easy it is to figure out how to use the games!

Kids Academy is probably the top company out there for free, fun, educational kids games there is. We have enjoyed using many of theirs, and this one is no exception. I like the ability to adjust for the child’s age to ensure the games and what they are learning is at the appropriate level. As always the app is fun, bright, and entertaining, meaning that children will actually enjoy playing the games and learning about numbers. The only downside to this is it looks like you’re more limited than normal unless you pay for the full app (I think about $6.00). That’s not bad though when you consider how much this will help your youngsters, and how much they’ll enjoy playing it in the car, at the doctor’s office, or sitting at home! They’ll learn about cardinal numbers, skip counting, shapes, and counting from one to twenty.

I love how this app will grow with my child up to age 7. The app is very colorful and easy to use. My only complaint is the price is a little high compared to similar apps but I am willing to try this out for a while. So far, it seems worth the price.

Keeping up with things like homework and educational activities has been tough. My younger daughter is one of the youngest in her class, so she needs to work to keep up. She also sees her older daughter using math programs at school and wants to be able to do that too. The Kids Academy math app is a great way to get her learning and reinforcing what she has learned at school. She has fun using the app, so it isnt as much of a struggle as other math activities. The app is easy to use. To begin you do have to sign up for a free trial. As a busy parent, it can be tough to remember that I need to cancel if I decide to do so. So that is the only thing I might change about the app. This app is so easy to use, and my daughter has no problem navigating through the menu and use the different activities. The bright images and narrator make the program all very friendly and inviting. Overall a great app whether you want to get your child learning new things or if you need something to reinforce what they have learned (or both!). This is the only math activity my daughter actually requests!
